How long does it take for my order to get shipped out?
Order Processing Time & Shipping:
Items that are in stock generally ship out the same business day if you submit the order before 2:00PM PST. Lead time can be approximately 1-3 business days depending on the volume and size of your order. Delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days however it may take longer due to weather conditions and unforeseen events that may delay the courier from delivering your order. Custom made items such as custom bolt patterns may also take longer to process and shipped.
What services do you ship with?
We ship using FedEx Home Delivery/Ground.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes. No exceptions. If you place an order that contains a PO box shipping address, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address.
How do I know if your wheels fit my vehicle?
The customer is responsible for knowing the fitment. We display the specifications of our wheels on our product pages and it is up to the customer to do their own research to see if the wheel fits. We recommend using sources such as www.wheel-size.com, forums and discussion groups to determine the fitment. *We are not associated with Wheel-size.com or any forums/groups and this is for researching purposes. We are not responsible if our wheel does not fit your vehicle.
I don't see my bolt pattern, do you make custom bolt patterns?
Yes, we do offer custom bolt patterns for certain wheels and sizes that we carry. Please send an email over to email@example.com so that we can discuss the available options for you.
I lost my center cap, do you offer replacement?
Yes, we have replacement center caps available for purchase on our website in the accessories section. Please select the appropriate wheel model for the center cap as not all of our wheels share the same center cap.
What is your warranty?
We offer lifetime structural warranty and a 2-year warranty on color finish of the wheel. Warranties are non transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt. Please see our warranty page for further details.
How do you I file a warranty claim?
If you purchased your wheel from an authorized dealer of ours, please contact them with your original receipt readily available to initialize the warranty claim. If you purchased the wheel directly from our website, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number to initialize the claim.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection prior to approval.
What is your return window?
New items can be returned within 14 days of receiving, subject to our return policy. All sales are final on our open box and clearance items and is non returnable/refundable. No exceptions. See our returns policy page for further details.
Do you charge restocking fees?
There is a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Wheels must returned in their original packaging and box. If wheels are damaged when they are returned due to improper/poor packaging is subject to additional fees. Non-negotiable.
I mounted the wheels to some tires, can I still return the wheels?
No. Wheels that have been mounted to tires are considered used and is non returnable/refundable.
How long does it take to get my refund?
You will get a confirmation email once your refund has been approved and processed. The refund amount takes approximately 3-4 business days to show up on the credit card that you used to make the purchase. Processing times varies depending on your bank. If you do not see the funds after 5 business days, please contact your bank.
