We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all of our new products excluding open box and clearance items.
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- Contact us within the first 14-days of delivery date of the item.
- Must have original invoice, no exceptions.
- Wheels cannot be mounted to tires, no exceptions.
- Wheels and parts must be in new and unused condition.
- Must have original packaging and included accessories.
- You have 14-business days to return the item(s) from the RMA issue date. The return will no longer be accepted after 14-bussiness days from the RMA issue date.
If the wheels or parts have been installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return for refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for customer remorse reasons.
Original shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Wheels must be returned in their original packaging and box. If the wheels are damaged when they are returned due to improper/poor packaging it is subject to additional fees. Non-negotiable.
All sales are final for open box and clearance items and is not eligible for return or refunds.
