Refund policy
Falcon Wheels offers a 14-day return policy on all uninstalled, unopened items, which are returned in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@falconoffroad.com so that an RMA can be created for your request if you qualify. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For orders where the reason for return is not a result of a Falcon Wheels error, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the return of the item, and a 20% restocking fee. Please use a carrier with tracking information and reliable transportation to avoid any lost or damage items in transit.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept return on products that have been mounted to the vehicle. Wheels that has been mounted to tires cannot be returned.
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No exceptions.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your item is received and processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund, exchange or any issues related to your returned item.
Please be advised that once the refund is issued, it can take four to five business days for the funds to show up in your account. PayPal payments usually show up immediately in your PayPal account. Falcon Wheels is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
